Almost a month has passed!
Since I took back control of my body. Things are interesting. I haven't lost as much weight as I thought, holding strong at the initial 22 pounds but I was measured today and I've lost 28 inches! WOW! the most noticeable are the 6inches from my waist. My face is thinning too which is kinda neat to see. This weekend G and I went to San Antonio to see some friends and we spent more than 7 hours walking and although my feet were sore after, I wasn't out of breath at any point! Thats a big deal to me!! As for food wise, alot of things are bothering me lately. I've discovered that the slower I eat, the better I do. I also eat very VERY VERY small bites. For instance, I'm having cottage cheese pancakes (omg so good and with 8g of protein they are excellent for me) and each one is about the size of a toonie (most of you are Canadians and will understand) and it's taken me nearly 30 minutes to eat half of it. Eating too fast results in my hands on my legs and breathing like I'm having a heart attack. Or the worst kind of cramping pain I've ever imagined. So I go slow now. After two toonies, I'm so full I need to roll on the floor! HA. Who would have ever thought that was possible. After going to going to group last night, I realized that a stall this early is normal in my weight loss, especially because the only thing I've been able to eat without naseau is mashed "high in carb" potatoes. So I'm going to keep working out 6 days a week and eating right and watch in amazement as the truth really hits home - nothing tastes as good as thin!
